Training
Mimosa Healthcare considers staff training and development a priority to help us provide the highest possible care of our residents. When staff are well-trained and feel supported by our organisation the benefits they experience of job satisfaction and personal development flow over to our residents and general every day life in our homes.
All staff attend a formal induction training programme, "Skills for Care" which has now become an industry-recognised qualification for the provision of quality care. Once completed, staff are enrolled in suitable development courses such as an NVQ or Apprenticeship scheme. We provide NVQ training and apprenticeships for our younger staff free of charge and with regular one-to-one training.
