The Poplars was purpose-built as a care home and as such has all the touches that make for an easier life for residents. Our aim is to allow our residents full expression of their individuality in their own choice of décor and furniture in their room if they wish.
We have fully qualified nursing and care staff on hand for residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The residents at The Poplars enjoy individual care plans designed around not just their medical health but also their emotional wellbeing which is of paramount importance to us.
