Providing care for the elderly and full nursing care, Pondsmead is set amid a beautiful garden. Every resident has their own personal care plan actively managed by our staff of qualified and experienced nurses and carers who provide supportive care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Residents really enjoy our great range of social events and activities and this helps them feel part of a friendly community. At Pondsmead residents are able to relax in a safe and homely environment and tend to make strong bonds with one another as well as with staff.
