Employment opportunities

If you are interested in caring for residents of Mimosa Homes as a general assistant, carer, nurse or in any other capacity, please contact us. We welcome applications from all people who have a genuine commitment to work within the care industry and give our residents the highest level of care.

Applications from people with or without NVQ qualifications will be considered since we offer a full NVQ training programme as part of your employment, free of charge. We support the apprenticeship scheme and provide work-based learning as part of your employment and you have adequate time to complete your qualifications.

Becoming a General Assistant is an ideal option for young people aged 16-17 years who want to have a career in care but because of the Care Standards Act cannot be employed as a Care Assistant. General Assistants learn while they earn and are taken through the apprenticeship scheme in Health & Social Care.

Of course we are always looking to recruit excellent nurses, including those with specialist skills or experience, to support the medical needs of our residents.

You can download an apprenticeship or application form below or contact either a home or our head office. If you’re interested in a career with Mimosa Healthcare Group Ltd, even if there is no vacancy listed on this page, we will always be pleased to hear from you.
